The theme of the event - "I Am You. As already announced, the American photographer David LaChapelle and the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava will be the recipients of the 'Lorenzo il Magnifico Award' and the 'Leonardo da Vinci Award' respectively, both for Lifetime Achievement.

But during the eight days of the exhibition, numerous events will take place, such as the presentation of the Awards from the President, Guests of Honour and Special Projects, performances and surprises in the Cavaniglia Pavilion, the museology conference on 20 October, the many talks planned, and the award ceremony on the final day.
