Let’s help the humanity to find her face out!

Waiting for the XII Florence Biennale, which will take place from 18 to 27 October 2019, the florentine artistic event is glad to present “One World One Face” on Saturday 17 November 2018.

The project is producted by the young creative agency Studio Adoratorio based in Brescia (Italy). From 9am to 6pm, in Galleria delle Carrozze of Palazzo Medici Riccardi (between Via Cavour and Via Ginori, in Florence), the Adoratorio’s team will photograph many portraits of people in order to find the “Face of Florence” out.

One World One Face is a project that oughts to represent different realities through photography and storytelling. In every face there’s a world and all the faces together are the world with its stories. After acquiring the face of every city, Adoratorio will create the Face of the World.

Adoratorio is a multidisciplinary digital agency based in Italy. Born in 2014 thanks to the photographer Erminando Aliaj, the studio’s main focus is to create unique Web experiences and perform successful Branding / Re-Branding campaigns. Since its conception, Adoratorio kept evolving, reaching, as of today, 14 members ranging from developers to 3d artists, Designers to copywriters.

Practically speaking, what Adoratorio do is travel to different places, meet new people and take as many portraits, film as many interviews and hear as many stories as humanly possible. The impression they are trying to give is that of a hybrid that should resemble a single person if seen from afar, while being recognizable as a compound closeby. Travelling, the team will be living and documenting every city with photos, videos, people`s stories and much more, sharing our journey towards the Face of the World. The first stop of Adoratorio’s journey was Tokyo (Japan), then Porto (Portugal), Berlin (Germany), Copenhagen (Denmark), Milan (Italy) and, at last, Amsterdam (Holland).

Now it’s up to Florence!
The image representing the “Face of Florence” will represent the visual identity of the communication campaign created by the florentine graphic design studio Kmzero for the Florence Biennale 2019.

But that’s not all! Adoratorio will replicate the project inside the Fortezza da Basso, during the XIIth edition of Florence Biennale, engaging all the participating artists and visitors.
