Maria Teresa Constantin is an art historian, critic and curator. A graduate of the Louvre Museum School in Paris, she has worked in museums in France, Spain and Argentina. 
Between 2007 and 2020, she was Artistic Director of the OSDE Foundation Art Space, a period during which the institution received numerous awards including the Gratia Artis, awarded by the Academy of Fine Arts to the Cultural Institution of the Year 2014. 
She has published books and numerous essays and articles. She has been a guest lecturer at universities in Argentina and abroad. She has curated several exhibitions, written the essays for their respective catalogues and has been a jury member for several visual arts awards.
She was curator of the Argentine Pavilion at the 2015 Venice Biennale with the work of Juan Carlos Distéfano. In 2016, she was invited by the Ministry of Culture and Innovation of the Province of Santa Fe to curate the Itinerant Exhibition (2017-2019) "Conexión Saer", in the Saer Year dedicated to the Santa Fe writer (co-curated with Martin Prieto). 
In 2021 she was a member of the jury of the Premio a la Trayectoria awarded by the National Ministry of Culture and in 2022 she was invited to be part of the Scientific Committee for the Acquisition of Works for the MNBA.
She is a member of the CAIA (Centro Argentino de Investigadores de Arte) and the AACA-AICA (Asociación Argentina de Críticos de Arte/ Asociación Internacional de Críticos de Arte) and since 2021 she has been Artistic Director of the ArtHaus Foundation.

She has already been a member of the International Jury of the Florence Biennale from 2017 to 2019.
