The 10th edition of the Florence Biennale 2015 - Florence International Exhibition of Contemporary Art, to be held from 17 to 25 October at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence, will be presented tomorrow at Art District 798 (China).
The main contemporary art exhibition in Florence, for 20 years the Florence Biennale has played a role in promoting and enhancing artists, influencing the way of proposing, conceiving and observing art.
Promoted by the AACI - Association of Chinese Artists in Italy and the event's management, the meeting will serve to outline the characteristics of the 10th Florence Biennale_ ‘Art and Polis’, i.e. the city understood not only as an environment, but as a microcosm of balance between ‘man and nature’.
The presentation will be attended by Jacopo Celona (Director of the Florence Biennale), Wang Sheng Wen (President of the Association of Chinese Artists in Italy), Piero Celona (Vice President of the Florence Biennale), Ma Zi Jie (President of Enjoy Art), Melanie Zefferino (International Project Advisor of the Florence Biennale) and Xia Ke Jun (Neo Inchiostro curator).
