The 11th edition of the Florence Biennale will also be able to count, among others, on the patronage of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAMM), an international institution that since 2005 gathers the members from 26 countries bordering the Mediterranean basin and is based in Malta.
The concession came in a letter signed by Ambassador Sergio Piazzi, Secretary General of the WPA, who wrote: ‘On behalf of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean, I would like to thank you for the invitation extended to our organisation to support the 11th Edition of the Florence Biennale - eARTh: Creativity & Sustainability scheduled for October 2017. It is with great pleasure that I announce the granting of the free patronage by the APM to the event, which is part of the work of the 3rd APM Permanent Commission dealing with Dialogue between Civilisations and Human Rights’.
