Paolo Naldini, Director of Cittadellarte Fondazione Pistoletto, graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Turin with a thesis on the regeneration of abandoned buildings and spaces, which formed a bridge between the University of Economics and the University of Architecture.
After work experience in Italy and abroad, he returned to Italy in 2000 to join his in-laws Pistoletto in the Cittadellarte family with his wife Armona. In the early 2000s he founded a web platform dedicated to collaboration in storytelling in and of places and the interiorist photography project, a tool for expressing and capturing the forms, modes and degree of integration between the self and its context.
At Cittadellarte he also founded the Arte della Demopraxia project, a system for practising "active presence" (cratòs) within the organisation to which each person belongs - from couples of all kinds to all kinds of companies, associations, institutions - and at the same time connecting organisations and individuals (demos) in and between territories.
